Full description of the position

Compensation: $40,000 - $250,000 per year. Commissions for guiding customers through storm damage claims for roofs and siding. You make what you produce without a cap. I know bathrooms is in the title but this position is focused on exterior storm damage.

Schedule: You make your schedule

As a Sales Representative, you will enjoy:

• Competitive commission structure - you make what you earn!

• Opportunity to earn between $40,000 and $250,000 per year, based on your performance.
• Willingness to train new salespeople, especially those with a background in serving, bartending, or other service industry roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct damage inspections of roofs, Siding, gutters ect
• Sign Prospect to a contingency agreement
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and guide them through the insurance and installation process
• Close deals and meet sales targets.
• Maintain professional knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Background in serving, bartending, or other service industry roles is a plus.
