Full description of the position

We are seeking one industrial solution sales rep to represent our industrial tool lines. Qualified candidates will grow the business and further penetrate our markets with our industrial tooling solutions. We are the world leader in our industry and have been for over 50 years. This is a solution sales opportunity with tremendous upside for an energetic mindset, self-motivated individual that has the desire and ability to be the best. Sales experience and/or working in industrial environment preferred. This is a field sales opportunity with some overnight travel.


In this role, you will work in a territory selling tooling solutions and accessories to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. We provide full product training and support to help you be successful.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute territory business plan and contribute to sales discovery.
  • Develop clients through product demonstration and product training.
  • Meeting monthly quotas and submitting regular reports.
  • Closing sales and overcoming objections.
  • Cold calling and setting up face-to-face meetings.
  • Serve as key contact to customers.
  • Drive product usage and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain visibility in the market and contribute to the company’s success.
  • Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Become a valuable resource to your customer and multiple markets

Job Requirements:

As a Sales Representative, you must be highly self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and a strong drive to succeed.

  • Successful record in sales or working knowledge of industrial maintenance/manufacturing.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and educate customers and prospects on tools and products.
