Reporting to the General Manager, you will be primarily responsible for generating sales, maximizing dealership profitability, and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care in addition to acting as the primary F&I Business Manager for the dealership.

- Previous Automotive F&I experience and training
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
- Negotiating deals with customers
- CUDL and Dealertrack Experience Strongly Preferred
- Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
- Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
- Prior automotive sales experience.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent communication skills
EXTRA RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Before close each day all salesmen, detail staff, management, etc assure the lot is put away neatly, the office is cleaned, and the doors are locked.
- All salesmen are expected to assist in Snow removal when it does snow.
- May be asked to do anything and everything Management may need.

Hours and Compensation
- This role is FULL TIME and Includes Saturday’s.
- The individual will be required to work every Saturday but will have a varying midweek day off per week.
- 5 days (40 Hours PTO year 1 on accrual basis. 2 weeks accrual in year 2.
- 40 hours of Sick Time on accrual basis.
- 401(k) and 3% match offered.
- Pay is 100% commission paid with a $600/ Week draw*.
