Sales and Catering Administrative Assistant - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Sales and Catering Administrative Assistant to join this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 Jean-Georges concepted restaurants, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.
- Classification: Full-Time
- Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident, and passionate about growing within the catering and event industry. OnQ and Delphi Certifications are a plus.

- Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries regarding the purchase of food and beverage, rental of event facilities Generate contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and support daily distribution of BEOs, reader boards and change logs
- Create contracts, event estimates, and floor plans
- maintaining the file room and the proper stocking of Catering Marketing Collateral
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Work with Hilton Financial Services in processing of deposits, payments, and receipts.
- Coordinate internal event details such as monthly departments meetings and appreciation events.

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $26.00-$28.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
