Full description of the position

Join our online shopping and catalog department. Job entails answering phones, processing catalog orders, processing online orders, packing and shipping orders and general office tasks. Work closely with our team to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and online. Responsibilities include giftwrapping and shipping orders, answering customer questions, tracking shipments and checking in inventory.

Applicants should be professional, have great attention to detail, be well organized, be able to multitask and enjoy working as a team. Excellent telephone and communication skills a must. Previous customer service and sales experience with high end clientele is a plus. Applicants must be able to work 5 days a week. Competitive pay (DOE), benefits package and employee discount program. Some weekends may be required.
