Full-Time Photography/Sales Manager with guaranteed $15/hour. Potential to earn commission up to $30-35/hour!

As a Mom365 Area Manager, you interact with moms, families, and our hospital partners to celebrate baby’s first moments while leading your Photography Team excellently.

The Area Manager is responsible for supporting the District Manager in managing photography staff and its performance of up to 8-10 locations in designated geography. Responsibilities include the supervision, training, and ongoing performance management of our photographers and the maintenance of our hospital partner relationships.

Perhaps most importantly, the Area Manager is responsible for their own photography and sales production as well as the ongoing development as a coach and mentor of photographer teams in pursuit of achieving and superseding key performance metrics in photography sales and photographic quality.
