As a sales professional, you would represent our company to customers, bring in new business, and expand and strengthen existing relationships.
We are a merchant services company, established in 1999, located in Anchorage, AK. We offer a competitive compensation program with a base salary and commissions based on sales performance. Outside sales reps:
· Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
· Responsible for cold-calling and creating new prospects and following up with existing leads
· Sell services and products by establishing contact and developing relationships
· Adjust content of sales presentations based on the needs of potential customers
· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance while making recommendations and creating upsell opportunities.
· Close sales by overcoming objections; prepares contracts for service terms
· Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
· Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled, monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer reactions.

The successful candidate will be willing to learn industry specifics critical to this sales role. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; must be 21 years old and have minimum education of HS degree and/or GED.
COMPENSATION depends upon experience. Position is $48,000 - $56,000 annually PLUS commission to start. BENEFITS include medical/dental/Rx, LTD plan, 401k and company stock ownership, sick and vacation leave; holiday pay.
In addition, this position offers mileage reimbursement; commission; complete training and support; marketing and business materials; and an amazing retirement plan. Core work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
