Overview:
Immediate Hiring for a Full Time
Associate Medical Sales Representative
Covering Southern NJ, DE, and Eastern MD

OVERVIEW
We are a rapidly growing nationwide medical equipment company that has seen double digit growth. We are looking for a dynamic associate sales person to join our team. You will work closely with the sales representative in the region to provide excellent customer service to clients, actively engage in the sales process, and help educate end users on our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Service, support, and educate clients (referral sources) on insurance coverage
  • Providing consistent updates to top clients
  • Meeting and developing relationships with key contacts
  • Utilizing company software to organize orders and referral sources and maintain and document consistent service.
  • Visit, call, and email accounts as needed to expedite order approvals.

Collaborate with the Territory Manager
  • Communicating through Microsoft Teams
  • Working with Territory Manager to educate accounts on all aspects of insurance approval
  • Maintaining high activity in all pending orders, and documenting progress consistently

Participate in all company meetings, including morning conference calls, monthly virtual meetings, and one on one reviews with management.:
  • Participating in conference calls at a rhythm and pace established by management.
  • Attending monthly sales meetings.
  • Committing to learning and growing in knowledge of insurance requirements
  • Participating in monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-5 years of sales experience
  • Ability to travel regional (may include occasional overnight)

COMPENSATION
$50,000.00 base salary (year 1)
$2500 potential quarterly commission based on performance
$750/month car allowance
$250/month gas card
