We serve organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs that are supported by Michael’s Phelps Foundation as well as providing insurance for their needs. We are proud to work with multiple types of organizations that support the needs of Developmentally Disabled Children and Adults, Senior Citizens Services, After School Programs, At risk youth programs, Day Cares, Residential Care Facilities, Religious Organizations, Environmental Related Operations, Social and Professional Clubs/Associations, Low‐Income Housing, Recovery Programs, Animal Rescue Shelters, large animal sanctuaries and so much more! Responsibilities:

Serving Nonprofit & Social Service Organizations Business Insurance needs include assistance with Workers Comp, General Liability, Property and Professional Lines

Review/Audit insurance files for accuracy

Process incoming and outgoing mail Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance status, payment information, claims and basic information

General Customer Service via phone and e‐mail

Assist with Marketing Projects such as Social Media and Email Marketing Assist with New Business

Applications and Proposals Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:

Insurance experience preferred, license highly desired

Excellent communication skills ‐ written, verbal and listening
