Now Hiring - BDC Representative in Seekonk, MA

Pride Hyundai of Seekonk is currently seeking new talent for our Business Development Center. This individual will play one of the most important roles in the dealership in growing business and driving sales. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about their work and who is self motivated. Attention to detail is vital as the job requires excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with potential prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound internet leads via outbound phone calls, email, and text message in a timely manner
• Receive inbound phone calls and communication from potential prospects
• Be able to answer any questions a prospect may have about inventory and the purchase process
• Schedule and maintain appointments with prospects for the sales staff
• Perform follow up tasks for unsold prospects, missed appointments, or long term leads
• Make cold calls, email, and text to previous and potential prospects to create new and repeat business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
