• Preparation of sales tax data received from clients to be used in sales and use tax return processing
• Preparation of sales and use tax returns for various taxing jurisdictions
• Electronically filing sales and use tax returns on the taxing jurisdiction's website
• Processing sales and use tax payments for clients as part of the return filing process
• May be required to perform or assist with other services and special projects as needed such as data analysis relating to audit and consulting engagements
• Obtain a working knowledge of sales and use tax return preparation software

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree, preferably in business or accounting
• High degree of computing acumen is preferred
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
• Sales tax experience is preferred but not necessary as we will train the desired individual
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Effectively collaborate with visitors, clients, staff, and coworkers in a professional manner required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
