CCP Industries is currently searching for an innovative and proactive Sales Analyst to join our team. This new, high-visibility role will make an impact in our organization through in-depth analysis of sales performance, product and market trends, and other related data to guide and assist our stakeholders in areas of decision-making related to business growth. Ultimately, the Sales Analyst will work with our sales team to provide consumer insights and improve our sales process, helping us capitalize on more opportunities and grow our organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and operations data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Utilize analytic software such as Tableau, Power BI and other tools to extract and transform data into meaningful insights.
• Maintain database of sales results, commissions, and other performance data.
• Perform data cleansing (de-duping, standardizing, formatting) procedures
• Create and manage dashboards/reports using various visualization tools.
• Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data while using sales prediction software to determine future trends
• Conduct research into competitive companies and the surrounding market
• Communicate, and manage the change management process using standard tools
• Work with various stakeholder teams to ensure sales forecasting and process remains relevant and in line with business process changes (Stakeholders to include: Vice President of Sales, Marketing team, National Accounts team, Regional Managers, and the Chief Executive Officer)
• May require light travel (less than 5%)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics or a similar discipline
• 3-5 years experience in a high-volume analytics role
• Proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills when offering data insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• SQL, SSRS or Power BI knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
• One who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with custom reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards
