The Credentialing Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all assigned client operations, including management of ongoing deadlines, quality review, and relationship management. You excel in a world with clearly defined standard operating procedures & virtual collaboration. You are the reason deadlines are kept & the details are not missed.

In this role you will be:

• The main point of contact for Clients, liaising with all levels from Medical Staff, Office Managers & Directors, auditors & Surveyors, Dept Chairs and Chiefs
• Running the day-to-day communications – in system, phone and email, reports, statuses, escalations
• Making sure that priorities between files, applications, and re-appointments are dealt with and prioritized, and delegated to the correct teams.
• Creating and distributing Comments, Investigations reports, and committee rosters and following up with any client review comments and necessary investigations.

We would love to meet someone with most of the following:

• Where you have experience with healthcare credentialing systems – i.e. Verity, MDStaff, MSOW, Verge, Catus, Echo.
• Your ability to process, review and reconcile files for audit, discrepancy, and accuracy against compliance requirements (i.e., TJC, CMS, NCQA, etc.)
• Strong written communication skills and an have the ability to think outside the box.
• An aptitude to understand and explain software systems and new processes.
• Two years’ experience in the Credentialing Department, specifically in a Healthcare organization
