Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct regular policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure coverage for clients
- Assist clients with claims processing and advocate on their behalf to ensure timely and fair claim settlements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand the client base

Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance account management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, HIPAA regulations, and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry, document management, and client communication
