We are seeking an experienced Retail Flooring, Builder Flooring or Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to join an established, fast-growing company offering the best commissions in the industry. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual who can identify potential customers, develop accounts through face-to-face meetings and written proposals for business. In addition to selling, the Builder or Commercial Flooring Sales Representative takes ownership of all project management, including measuring, estimating and being present during delivery and installation. A successful Sales Representative is able to build and maintain effective relationships with field service professionals as well as administrative support staff, while also advocating for the best interests of our customer while maintaining acceptable company profit margins. Previous experience in the flooring industry is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner

• Maintain contact with the customer after agreements are signed to ensure all work is completed correctly and on time

• Maintain effective relationships with field service personnel

• Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Effective selling and closing skills

• Experience in the flooring industry highly preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic

• Sales experience preferred; B2B experience a plus

• Willing and able to learn new products and trade knowledge
• Job does require own transportation to and from customers/clients job site(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year...there is no cap on the amount you can make!
