Account Executive/Market Development
Grexen® is very excited to announce a very unique and exceptional opportunity in the Columbus area where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and develop his/her own market and share in the revenues.
This is a 100k + opportunity with 40k base, commission on monthly sales and compounding residual income from guaranteed quarterly recurring revenue. The ideal candidate must be outstanding at customer relations, follow-up, with a low-pressure, informative and consultative-sales-approach. We are looking for a dynamic go-getter with high-energy and a winning attitude.
Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning company, headquartered in Cincinnati Ohio. We have a satellite office in West Jefferson which we wish to aggressively expand in 2023/2024
Our clients are commercial food producing establishments like Fast Food Restaurants, Steak Houses, Hospitals and Hotels etc. They are required to have their kitchen exhaust systems cleaned every 1-3 months; once we earn a client, the sale repeats quarterly, creating a rapidly growing business with compounding recurring revenue.
Our services are in high demand with a handful of competitors. We receive requests for estimates daily from this market but we also expect the majority of the new business to be sourced through calling on prospects.
Responsibilities
The candidate would be responsible for growing the client base with a very strong emphasis on new business development. The candidate approaches potential customers offering inspections of their kitchen exhaust systems and compiling estimates. Once the estimates are approved, the necessary paperwork/contracts are submitted electronically and corporate makes arrangements to conduct the needed repairs and cleanings. The Account Executive is required to maintain the relationship and provides ongoing sales/support.
Compensation
Base salary 40k per year, with commission & residuals paid monthly.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have a very strong background in sales/business development.
- College degree, BA preferred
- Strong Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Honest, trustworthy, loyal, accountable, adaptable, dependable, strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to climb a ladder, be reasonably fit.
- Be comfortable climbing on roofs to to document prospective customer facilities and equipment
