P&I Insurance Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent. As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in our organization, providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in identifying and selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs.

This role will take on a current book of business, with no requirement to bring on new business.

To the qualified candidate we offer:

• Salary: $45k-$60k based on experience
• Commission on new business; plus commission on renewals, in perpetuity
• Performance bonuses
• Health benefits, available immediately after hire
• 401k with up to a 3% match
• Potential for hybrid or remote work
• Closed Friday after Thanksgiving, plus remote work the week between Christmas and New Year’s
• Office is located in a state-of-the-art facility in Media, PA, which even has a golf simulator!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance requirements and provide appropriate policy recommendations.
• Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and policy terms to help them make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, explaining the benefits and features of different policies to clients.
• Process policy applications, policy changes, and claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or a similar sales-oriented role.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to negotiate, and confidence to provide expert advice and guidance.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of insurance software such as Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace. Agency Revolution experience a plus.
• Valid insurance license in PA or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
