Who You Are

We’re looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Admin who will represent Rock River Homes to our new and potential customers as they embark upon their home-building journey with us. You will be an experienced marketing professional who will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies, research and analyze marketing trends, help optimize the website and social media channels, and develop and implement promotional materials and programs. Ideally, you will enjoy networking, creative thinking, and problem solving. The ideal person will also have a good understanding of various computer programs including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to gain unique insight into our company and the high-quality homes we build. You will also help us to connect with new customers who will become a part of our Rock River family.

This full-time role will work from our Jetersville, VA office Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, EST.

What You Will Work On

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with product management team to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
- Utilize HTML5 and other tools to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Implement advertising initiatives, including online and print advertising campaigns
- Implement performance marketing tactics to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
- Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HTML5 and other relevant software tools
- Knowledge of advertising principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Copywriting skills for creating engaging marketing content
- Familiarity with analytics platforms for measuring campaign performance

The pay range for this position is $18-$20 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set and level of relevant experience.
