Reports to: Store Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager

Nectar Bath Treats is currently looking for new members of our sales team. Our Sales Specialists control how much money they earn through unlimited commission on sales and tips. You don't have to be at the top to earn a significant income - your earning potential is up to you!

Primary Purpose: As our Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering 25% of the total store's sales goal. You will have the freedom to move with intention throughout the store, connecting with multiple customers, proactively engaging with them, and creating a memorable connection by asking effective questions to identify their needs and making compelling product recommendations. You will use your expert product knowledge to confidently overcome objections, take initiative to elevate your personal and peer knowledge of product categories, and participate in sales goal setting with the manager while tracking your individual performance towards the goal.

In addition to achieving sales targets, you will also be responsible for making our store more productive. You will prioritize understanding the business and offer suggestions on how to make our store even more successful. As a valued member of our team, you will create enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring, supporting, and mentoring others' selling behaviors, assisting in training new associates, and delivering a friendly and efficient point-of-sale experience.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about beauty and fashion, and who have a high-energy, extroverted personality. Previous experience in a service-based role is preferred, as our team members will be responsible for creating emotionally engaging customer experiences while driving sales growth across all product categories.

- Ability to navigate a high-performance and commission selling environment

- Effectively manage performance and have strong strategic and analytical skills.

- Make product recommendations, overcome customer objections, and deliver friendly and efficient experiences.

Success in this role is measured by:

- Meeting daily and monthly sales goals

- Effectively coaching and developing team members to achieve their own sales targets.
