We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, and assisting with sales activities. Your primary focus will be setting appointments for our tremendous sales team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls, including cold calls, to potential customers to promote our insurance products and services
• Assist the lead sales manager by setting appointments and providing support as needed
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues or concerns promptly
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions
• Utilize computer systems and software effectively to input and retrieve customer data, process transactions, and update policies
• Perform basic clerical duties as an assistant to support the team and ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent phone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and some weekends are an option.
