Major Mechanical is searching for an Entry Level Preventive Maintenance Sales/Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our service customer base by targeting specific industries. The ideal candidate will have high energy, integrity, and an eagerness for learning our business and delivering outstanding service to our customers. We are a fast-paced, growing company committed to providing the tools, training, and resources needed for team members to experience success and control their professional destiny. Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Learn our business by being coachable and curious.

• Actively participate in education and training on the latest industry technologies and sales best practices.

• Establish client rapport with our products and services.

• Generate commercial leads and develop qualified opportunities.

• Formulate and present accurate and complete preventive maintenance, service repair, and service replacement proposals.

• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service team.

• Educate prospective clients on the benefits of preventive maintenance, and the superior quality of our services.

• Follow-up with existing bids and leads.

• Maintain client information and update activities in Salesforce.

• Foster client development and client satisfaction for repeat and recurring revenues.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel within Twin Cities metro area.

• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

• Must have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and able to execute in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to generate accurate, consistent, and timely prospecting and sales work to achieve sales objectives.

• Ability to cold call on new prospective clients.

• Other duties as may be assigned.
