Job Title: Realtor

The ideal candidate would have great people skills and would love to serve and help people. They will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding the criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will need to negotiate and drive our buyers to close. Also, it is important to be learning based, in every aspect of the business from marketing, contracts, disclosures, lead generating, lead conversion, networking, financing, etc.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers

Experience:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
