We are currently seeking an individual to fill the Full Time Assistant Community Director position for a 188 space Mobile Home Park in Davis, CA.

Requirements for the Assistant Community Director (Full Time):
- Must have apartment and/or mobile home experience
- Computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook a must, Publisher preferred
- AppFolio Property Management Software experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to research needed information online and over the telephone
- Ability and desire to part of a team
- High school diploma
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must pass fair housing quiz
Responsibilities for the Assistant Community Director (Full Time):
- Be the main point of contact for residents, prospective residents and vendors at your community
- Main focus will be to assist the Community Director with major projects
- Effectively market the property
- Strive for a high occupancy of satisfied residents
Schedule: Full Time (30 hours per week or more)
