Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Sales Support Specialist for a private equity firm that acquires and operates a diverse range of tech, bioscience, and hedge fund companies. This is an exciting, direct hire opportunity located in Seminole, AL!

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will bring your strong customer service skills to help support our client base and team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services.
• Handle and resolve general complaints.
• Receive checks and documents from customers.
• Keep records of transactions and negotiations involved in various transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years Customer Service, Sales and/or Collections experience
• General understanding of basic math
• Pleasant and inviting phone voice
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This exciting career opportunity offers $16 per hour, a weekly bonus of up to $100 per week based on sales, a quarterly bonus of up to $400 per quarter based on performance, medical insurance coverage of $300 per month, 401k with up to 5% match, 8 paid holidays, 2 paid volunteer days per year, and paid PTO.

Additionally they offer company incentives that include VTO, pet adoption incentive that pays $500 if the pet gets vaccinated and neutered, gym membership reimbursement of $50 per month, step challenge that pays $100, and reading incentives that pay $50 - $100 per approved book.
