We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Marketing and Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be laser-focused and experienced in providing exceptional customer service. They will have a keen attention to detail and be proficient in English writing and grammar. They will have a can-do attitude, a willingness to help where needed, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to learn and embrace the culture of Atherton.
Duties include:
-Answering phone inquiries from prospective residents, directing calls, providing information
-Greeting visitors to the office and providing refreshments
-Learning and maintaining accurate inquiry and CRM records
-Sending marketing mailings and event invitations. Collecting and sorting department mail
-Attending all marketing events and helping where needed with event planning and execution
-Keeping the office supplied with all necessary office supplies, food, ect.
-Maintaining an organized and welcoming office
-Maintaining marketing data. Compiling reports as instructed
-Preparing and submitting department expense reports
-Organizing and submitting new resident files
-Assisting the Move-In Coordinator with the move-in process and helping new residents assimilate into the community
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening or weekend hours required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- High School diploma
-Two or more years of customer service
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
