Beacon 360 Management is searching for an experienced Property Manager for one of our most dynamic and visible housing communities in Newark, Ohio. This property requires a manager who understands how to follow the rules while remaining empathetic to the residents. It consists of just over 120 townhomes spread over a large campus with a playground, tree-lined lanes, etc. One would never know it was an affordable housing community. We are looking for a dynamic, goal-driven team player with a proven track record of success to lead this community.

Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for residents.
• Accountable for REACs, MORs, Recertifications, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
• Ensuring that deadlines and goals are met for the property.
• Providing leadership through any emergencies that may arise.

Applicants must be able to:

• Work independently and be flexible to the changing needs of a property, but also be able to work well with others and provide leadership for the property's team.
• Have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of general supervisory experience in a affordable housing management capacity.
• HUD and/or other subsidized/affordable hosuing property management experience is required.
• A High School diploma or GED is required. A college degree is preferred, but not required,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.

Compensation is DOE. Relocation is available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
