As a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent you will receive:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

At We Insure, we are passionate about helping our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping protect members of our community by providing individualized coverage for homeowner's insurance, auto insurance, business insurance and more.

• Must have Property and Casualty license for Florida
• At least two years of Property and Casualty insurance sales experience preferred
• Commercial insurance experience is a huge plus
• Citizens Insurance experience is a huge plus but not required
• Experience in achieving sales goals through leads and referrals
• Confident self-starter
• Ability to cross sell existing clients with the initiative to exceed sales goals
• Ability to ensure a positive customer experience
• Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, coachable and have a great attitude
• Must be a team player
• Must be organized and efficient
• Having an established book of business is a huge plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
