Position: Customer Service Specialist - Awards & Recognition

Since 1978, Tustin Awards has provided Southern California with exceptional awards and promotional products. We are a small family business looking for the right person to join our collaborative and fun company!

Job Description:

• Full time, in-person position at our beautiful Tustin showroom
• Communicate professionally to customers via email, phone, and in-person to determine their awards and promotional products needs
• Recommend products within clients' budgets and deadlines
• Write clear and accurate notes for every order
• Collaborate with graphic design, engraving, and assembly teams
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Business to business sales experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and spelling skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in all situations
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet skills
