We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Actively prospect for customers
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Sales department hours M-T-TH 9-7, Wed and Fri 9-6, Sat 9-5

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Working knowledge of computers and smartphone applications
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Must be able to pass background and driving record checks and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
