[please apply online] is seeking a Junior Business Development associate to assist in day-to-day responsibilities within sales, business development, and account management areas of the business. In this role, you will work closely with the EVP of Business Development to help grow the company’s revenue streams through a variety of initiatives. These will include identifying net new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing business lines, as well as sales and contracting. The ideal candidate is someone eager to learn how to successfully grow and manage a book of business. You will have the opportunity to work with major accounts and gain experience in how to improve company revenue growth.

This is an in office position. The position works from the corporate office in Davie, FL.

Junior Business Development Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling prospect meetings and follow ups.
• Work within the company’s CRM to ensure it is up to date with the latest information.
• Help create assets and materials that can be used within the sales cycle.
• Use internal systems to assist with the onboarding of new partners/clients.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on various deliverables.
• Work with the EVP, Business Development to identify new target accounts, verticals, and business lines.
• Help set up test campaigns for new partners and track success metrics (conversions)
• Maintain the company’s conference schedule and calendar. Identify new conferences that may benefit the organization to attend or exhibit.
• Listen to and eventually participate in sales calls.

Junior Business Development Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a Business related major
• 2 years of B2B sales experience.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
