We are seeking e highly motivated and results-oriented Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our solar energy solutions within 38 states. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage potential customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the sales process from initial consultation to installation. If you are passionate about renewable energy, have excellent sales skills, want to make alot of money, and enjoy building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify prospective customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs, explain the benefits of solar energy, and provide customized solutions based on their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective customers, highlighting the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process, providing accurate and timely information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of projects, including site assessments, system design, permitting, and installation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government incentives to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing established performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM software.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with the customer service team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and related technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
- Understanding of local regulations, and utility programs related to solar installations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is desirable not needed.
