Job Description: Inside Sales Representative - Lab Instrumentation
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge laboratory instruments to a diverse range of customers. Our customers range from the largest pharmaceutical companies to smaller cannabis labs. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and establish strong relationships with clients.

We strive to further the traditional buying experience of equipment with our quality, knowledge, service, and support of the products we sell. Our clients include various refinery labs, government research facilities, university research labs, healthcare facilities, and analytical laboratories.
In addition to a compensation based on education and experience, we offer a benefits plan, reimbursement of expenses and profit sharing. A superior base salary will be complemented with performance based bonus structure. Resolution Labs provides a stimulating and exciting work environment for its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers to introduce our instruments and showcase their unique features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our instruments and address any customer concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instruments to effectively educate customers and provide valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in selling laboratory instruments or related products.
- Strong desire to make high volume outbound sales calls
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of biotechnology and the life sciences industry is highly desirable.
