Full description of the position

Account Executive

Prisma is urgently hiring a full-time Account Executive to join its Nashville accounts team. At Prisma, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and innovative solutions to our clients. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely management of our accounts, maintaining positive client relationships, and supporting the financial health of our organization.

What to Expect

Pay: Starting at $50,000 per year plus commission

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

To help you stay energized, engaged, and inspired, we offer a full range of benefits for you and your dependents after 30 days of employment.

They include:

  • 1st of the month following 30 days of employment, eligible for Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance
  • After 90 days, 120 hours of combined PTO and sick time awarded and available for use
  • 1st of the quarter following 90 days of employment, 401(k) retirement plan with matching employer contributions and a broad range of investment options
  • Seven (7) paid holidays, and one (1) paid birthday holiday
  • Incentives for carpooling, utilizing public transportation, and biking to work

  • Possess an extensive understanding of Prisma's offerings and value proposition, effectively communicating the benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to engage and communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering a cooperative environment, and taking on a leadership role when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance product knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling Prisma's services to clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Vice President of Sales on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 2 years of college or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
