We are looking for someone to be a part of the team that is directly responsible for our growth - SALES! Coordinate with different departments including design, buying and major retailers. You must have exceptional communication and organization skills and be able to work in a high stress environment. We need you to match our energy and ambition to drive our products and brands to be the biggest and best in the world! We look for strong analytical skills and an amazing eye for detail. A genuine skill in administration and ability to “get the job done”. To be successful you must meet the demands of our customers, people friendly and career driven.

Qualifications:

Must include business related qualifications and/ or at least 1 year of experience in administration, and/or sales support work.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Sales team and customer requests
• Liasson between departments with exceptional and clear communication
• High skills in data entry and management
• Customer portals, line lists and quotations
• Work in progress reports
• Item set ups in our internal systems.
• Skilled note taking
• Requesting information and samples from suppliers and overseas offices
• Ability to brief and debrief a team.
• Contribute to internal and external meetings.
• Concept to delivery process management

Experience dependent we are looking to hire all levels from associate / junior to experienced team members.

Between 45k – 60k.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
