Broadband Dynamics ("BBD") is an industry leader providing VOIP telecom and software services (Outbound, Toll Free, DID, UaaS and CCaaS) to large corporate clients worldwide. BBD is privately owned, debt free, and since its inception over 26 years ago has a consistent track record of year over year profitability and profit growth. To support our continued growth, Broadband Dynamics is hiring an experienced Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the sales team, including hiring, coaching, and training the sales managers and sales representatives.

The Sales Director will help develop and will be responsible for executing a sales strategy including establishing effective scripting, nurturing, and developing existing and identifying new channel sales partners.

The Sales Director will manage and attend trade shows, including tracking and reporting on ROI of tradeshows.

The Sales Director will be involved in the negotiation process of sales and renewals as well as issue resolution for prospects and customers, including drafting communications, strategizing, reviewing cost analyses, and communicating with the client.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a proven track record of success selling Telecom/Technology products.
  • Candidate must have experience finding new business.
  • Candidate must have strong team leadership and management experience including experience managing Sales Managers.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word and Excel are required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to work well both independently and in teams.
  • Project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task is required.
  • Must embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Some travel will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $135,000.00 per year
