We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative in the greater Orange County area of California. If you are a career oriented, self-motivated individual with a dynamic personality, this is the job for you!

Job Responsibilities

• Service and further develop accounts with existing clientele as well as develop new Retail Flooring accounts
• Making sales calls
• Placing products and displays with retail customers in your assigned coverage area
• Providing sales training and technical services focused on building sales for our Hardwood, Laminate, LVT, WPC and Sheet Vinyl product lines

Qualifications Must live in or adjacent to the territory area 3 years of outside sales and/or sales management experience in the “Sales to Retail” and/or Commercial Flooring business

• Flooring Experience is necessary or preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong technical capabilities
• Well organized
• Team oriented
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background check, drug testing and DMV pull

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $64,480.00 - $125,000.00 per year
