Job Summary
We are seeking an Outside Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers face-to-face to identify their needs, process orders, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company and its client's services. The ideal candidate is friendly, possesses a positive attitude, is willing to learn new skills and is able to remain calm under pressure.


Responsibilities

• Interact with a number of customers daily to identify their needs and provide solutions
• Refer to proven systems for a variety of customer service topics
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Document all customer interactions
• Meet personal and team goals and metrics
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
• Lead training workshops

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using customer management software (CRM)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
