Biscayne Homes Background:
Biscayne Homes is a luxury home builder currently selling and building single-family, and multi-family homes in the Tampa Bay market.
With corporate offices based out of Miami FL, the owners of Biscayne Homes have extensive home-building and land development backgrounds, having developed nearly 20,000 homes throughout Florida and Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are currently looking to hire an extremely motivated and highly qualified salesperson with previous New Homes Sales experience.
- The salesperon will be responsible for managing a smooth sales process, while providing excellent customer service.
- The New Home Sales Representative will work out of our sales centers located within our communities in the Tampa Bay area, and will be responsible for greeting clients, establishing relationships, and supplying customers with all information required to properly execute a sale.
- You will be responsible for following up with clients/realtors and managing our CRM system, while continuously sourcing new customers.
- You will also be responsible for processing purchase and sales agreements, amendments, addendum, and all other appropriate documentation required to close.
Other Responsibilities:
- Self-generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals and self-prospecting.
- Travel and immerse yourself in the local market by developing an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
- Familiarize yourself with our competition including their product, pricing and community details.
- Accompany visitors throughout our models and inventory homes.
- Provide information about our communities, included features, and other details regarding our homes.
- Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company designated tracking tools.
- Periodically gather data and prepare reports for management review.
- Responsible for maintaining the condition of the Welcome Center, models and inventory homes
- Communicate with field and office staff of maintenance needs
- Provide timely and consistent follow-up with customers from initial contact, through all closing and post closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications during this process.

- Prior Experience in New Homes Sales

- Proficient in Microsoft office programs (excel, word, power-point)

- Construction/sales experience preferred
- Positive recommendations from past employers
- Past experience in the industry
- Real estate license preferred*
