Life Insurance Call Center Sales Manager

Job Description: As a Life Insurance Call Center Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to sell life insurance and lead a team of agents successfully. Ensuring efficient and exceptional customer service delivery. We are looking for individuals who have an a scrappy/gritty/thick skinned mindset and are eager to take ownership of their work. Successful candidates will have the sales knowledge & experience to coach existing agents and lead by example, selling life insurance products, at a high level. The goal is to ensure positive customer experiences by educating prospects on the features and benefits of the plans, responding to questions, and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of call center team of agents, ensuring high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of call center representatives, providing coaching and guidance to maximize their potential as they sell life plans to consumers.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of business plans, setting ambitious goals and strategies to build a successful team within the company.
• Answering questions, guiding & assisting agents with difficult calls/issues
• Assisting management team in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goals
• Lead generation and quality control and quality lead identification
• Work with team to achieve sales goals to maximize company growth.
• Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every consumer & employee interaction.
• Leader of the pack-Successfully enroll clients in appropriate life plans via inbound and outbound calls at a consistently high level.

Position Requirements

• MUST work in the East Hanover office.
• High School diploma
• Valid New Jersey Life insurance license / ability to obtain.
• Proven sales, training & management experience
• High level of Integrity & Competitive Team player
• Assertive, Goal oriented, Positive & Self motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Adapt quickly in fast paced environment.
• Professional Demeanor & Personal Accountability
• Proficiency with computer applications
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime, if necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Insurance Sales Experience
• Insurance Management Experience
• Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus
• Proven ability to close sales at a high rate
• Phone sales experience
• College Education a plus
