New Home Sales Professional
This is a Full-time opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Professional in the Somerset County/Hunterdon County area. This position will be responsible to manage the sales office for a new home construction project, serving as the primary contact for all interested buyers; responsible for all inquiries, marketing and sales contract oversight.
This is a full-time position and weekend hours are required as a part of the regular schedule.
Skills & Requirements:
Prior Brand-new Home sales experience required, experience specifically with multiple home projects/communities strongly preferred
Must be available to work full time, on a schedule that includes weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
Valid New Jersey Real Estate License
Above average oral and written communications skills, including presentation and negotiation skills
Follows instructions, performs duties with minimal supervision and is a team player
Excellent computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
