Inside Sales Associate

Loranger Door & Window is Southern Maine’s premier specialty building products retailer. We offer a wide selection of residential doors, windows, skylights, and commercial doors, frames, architectural hardware and production millwork.

Loranger Door & Window is actively seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The qualified candidate for this position will assist contractors and the general public with retail, special orders, and over the counter sales. These sales consist of doors, windows, hardware, parts and service inquiries for residential and occasionally commercial customers.

The Inside Sales Associate will take the customer smoothly through the sales process and provided the highest level of customer service. To be successful in this position, the candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadline requirements.

Job duties include but not limited to:

1. Answering sales inquiries via phone and email.

2. Timely response to customers with quotations and orders.

3. Coordinate installations with service department. Follow up as needed.

4. Maintain the retail parts section of the front counter and assist customers with part inquiries.

5. Job site visits as needed and based on experience.

6. Build and maintain Contractor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma

2. Valid Driver’s License and Transportation

3. Sales and customer service experience in the retail lumber or construction industries.

4. Door, Window, and Hardware product knowledge

5. Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
