Seeking marine sales, purchasing, and administrative assistant to join our established international marine and logistics company located in beautiful beachside community of Neptune Beach, FL. Candidate will perform sales, research, administrative and sales support functions in order to further the company's 30-year history of success.

Full Time , 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound telephone calls

· Research materials for commercial ship repair

· Sales quotes entry

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Track and trace materials in transit to finial destination

· Assist in improving office efficiencies and technology

· Assist in product research and sales support

· Approve Vendor invoices for payment

· Research and set up new vendors

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in any of the following a plus, office administration, purchasing, logistics, customs documentation, marine / ship repair.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Ability to research and analyze technical standards and products

· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
