As a Sales Property Manager, you will be accountable for achieving our client's sales goals and the community's overall well-being.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or sales
• 1-3 years of management experience is a plus
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Maintains property by advertising and filling vacancies, enforcing leases including rules and regulations, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Promotes the sales of the homes by using social media, advertising, and referrals.
• Generates prospective home buyers by advertising vacancies, and obtaining referrals from current tenants.
• Accomplishes goals by enforcing on-time rent collection and managing vendors.
• Work with prospective and current residents to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conducts a walk-through noting all repairs needed and a scheduled time when the home will be ready for move-in.
• General upkeep of the property.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 per year
