All-Phase Electric Supply is a part of Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) which has more than 700+ locations, called Profit Centers, throughout the United States, representing the premier product lines in the wholesale electrical product industry. An ideal candidate for the Outside Sales Representative position would be dependable with the ability to create relationships with customers by offering exceptional customer service. Being able to problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment is essential. All-Phase Electric Supply emphasizes the importance of integrity and being a team player.

As an Outside Sales Representative your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Market and sell products and/or services to organizations outside the office.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide information to maximize sales volume.
• Conduct market research.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
• Plan and perform a variety of business development and outside sales activities.
• Identify business opportunities and prospects.
• Assisting in any other tasks that may need to be done in order to maintain optimal customer service.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical products and their functions.
• Ability to analyze customer potential, needs, and expectations.
• Ability to determine target accounts and work with the Credit Office to determine the creditworthiness of customers.
• Ability to use a time management system to call on customers while building relationships and making sales calls.
• Ability to research Credit Memos.
• Capable of asking questions, understanding applications, and offering materials that fulfill customer requirements.
• Ability to sell cost-effective alternative materials.
• Receive and forward customer and vendor feedback while making suggestions for improvement.
• The desire to exceed expectations and earn customer trust and confidence in one’s capabilities and performance.
