Full description of the position

Job Title: Account Manager
FLSA Status: FT

Salary: $50,000 base plus generous commission structure

Reports to: VP Sales

Frain is the largest supplier of plug and play packaging equipment. Frain serves as a gap solution by providing 40+ years’ experience with packaging/processing equipment, line coordination, integration, and setup while providing viable finance options making things affordable for the CPG, food, health & beauty, manufacturing, and contract packaging industries.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the VP Sales, Account Managers function as a link between the company and customers to ensure all their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the work provided by Frain Industries. An account manager should be flexible enough to manage a variety of duties that pertains to the company and customers.

We need sales talent who can dive in and begin managing accounts from the start. We are looking for applicants seeking a long-lasting and rewarding career. Our most successful sales members with 7+ year tenure, routinely earn income exceeding the six-figure range while working family-friendly hours in an exciting environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid their success using our solutions. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Job Summary:

· Attend to inbound leads while maintaining high closing ratios in a timely manner.

· Effectively manage multiple projects ranging from mid-size companies up to Fortune 50 companies.

· Follow up, qualify and work assigned leads using the appropriate key players involved in the project.

· Largely phone-based sales in a friendly, yet competitive “Arena” environment focused on closing leads.

· Must be capable of closing deals using a proven selling system with full training support.

Work Experience and/or Skills:

· 1-3 years related experience.

· Proven outside sales experience is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
