We are seeking an ambitious self-starter with exceptional people skills to develop and deepen relationships with our airport customers.

Activities include:

-Facilitating an unrivaled customer experience

-Regular airport check-ins and follow-ups

-Information gathering of airport personnel, processes, and purchasing protocols

-Creating customer quotes, processing orders, and fielding inquiries

-Reviewing product maintenance practices and available training materials with customers

-Uncovering airfield lighting equipment status, preferences and improvement project opportunities

-Occasional travel opportunities

We are looking for applicants who:

-Have a positive, can-do attitude

-Enjoy talking on the phone and excel at building relationships

-Have the ability to problem solve and work independently

-Are resourceful, organized and detail oriented

-Have a willingness to learn new systems and follow clear directions

-Have exceptional communication skills

Technical Skills:

-Moderate Excel & CRM experience

-Email etiquette

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
