Samantha Gandy Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for energetic, goal-oriented professionals to join our growing team of Insurance Agents.

We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Our Agency is dedicated to serving our customers while helping our team member success professionally and personally!

Qualifications:

• Must be coachable, trustworthy, and have a great attitude!
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• Sales or service background is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to successfully complete licensing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs
• Generate insurance quotes
• Meet new business production goals set by the Agency Owner
• Establish client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
