Conn's Home Plus is a small business in Pearland, TX. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Bring on self-motivated, task driven individuals who are looking to challenge themselves on a sales team with high daily expectations. First 30 days are base pay plus commission then you graduate to Full Commission. This position comes with high expectations and pays well to those who can adapt and overcome. Sales Associate

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of technical products or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
