Job Description

As Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for the establishment and expansion of the client base in the United States & Canada. This position will also be in charge of developing and implementing growth-oriented sales penetration strategies in a variety of vertical sectors.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate Multi National Company (MNC) accounts so as to increase market share in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the Netherlands to achieve organizational goals;
  • Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve on MNC customers loyalty as well as existing business expansion;
  • To drive the revenue growth of all freight forwarding products, holding budget accountability;
  • Drive the RFQ response for the assigned Strategic Customer(s), either as the lead, or make sure region support is assigned to drive offered business opportunity
  • Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in the areas of client reviews, strategic business plan, value add program, process improvements, RFQ/RFI management
  • To collaborate with digital marketing department to build successful digital campaign aligns with strategic growth direction;

Requirement:

1. Freight forwarding industry knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight are mandatory

2. Logistics know-how of Transpacific Eastbound and Westbound traffic
