We are a locally owned new company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Title Agent to join our team. As a Title Agent, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.

The ideal candidate for this position will be outgoing and personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills. They must be able to work independently and be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct title searches and examinations to ensure clear ownership of properties
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
• Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate real estate transactions
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide updates on the status of their transaction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions

You will be responsible for all duties needed to facilitate a settlement, working with clients, real estate agents, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of real estate transactions and title insurance preferred
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Pay: $33,005.29 - $121,559.31 per year
